Mr. Tatone specializes in two specific areas law. Probate matters and estate planning, including the drafting of Wills and Trusts, as well as litigating those issues when a dispute arises.
He has tried many cases in both Probate and Civil Court, and also handles appeals to the Michigan Court of Appeals, and the Michigan Supreme Court. He is more often than not successful with those appeals.
His other area of practice is Business Litigation. This includes partnership disputes, Corporate dissolutions, Stockholder derivative actions, and again, the appeal of same when the Judge or Jury is completely wrong.
